Become a key member of our early team to have a significant impact on building a great product. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mobile application, Simplicity. Your main responsibility will be to provide data-driven insights and optimize marketing performance within specific cities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data analysis, online marketing, and product insights.


What you will do:

  1. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of marketing campaign results within different cities to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to user behavior, acquisition, and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing marketing performance based on the insights derived from the analysis.
    • Identify key metrics and success criteria to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns within specific cities.
    • Continuously monitor and track campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  2. Product Insights and Strategy:
    • Provide valuable product insights to the product team based on the analysis of campaign results and user behavior data.
    • Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing strategies with product enhancements and new feature releases.
    • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging marketing technologies to provide strategic recommendations for product development and marketing initiatives.
  3. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to ensure seamless integration of insights into marketing campaigns and product development.
    • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Develop performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with the insights derived from performance analysis.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, online marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing marketing campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with web and app analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
